WAC Lighting Unveils Elliptic LED Pendant

Port Washington, New York –WAC Lighting introduces the new Elliptic LED pendant, a celestial spherical form with the visual orbiting movement of heavenly bodies.  Mouth blown and etched triplex glass efficiently diffuses hot spots for beautiful ambient lighting. The luminaire is ideal as a conversation piece overhead in luxury homes, offices, retail and hospitality settings.

Visually enticing with embossed layers of circumnavigating bands, Elliptic is engineered with proprietary LED technology featuring a CCT of 2700K and a high CRI of 90. The pendant can be dimmed smooth and continuously to 10 percent, and has a long rated life of 70,000 hours. Using just 14 watts, Elliptic provides a light output of 735 delivered lumens.

Elliptic meets 2013 California Title 24 code’s energy efficiency standards.

The hardware and aircraft cables are finished in Brushed Nickel and can be shortened in the field from a maximum height of 120 inches to nearly any desired length. The glass pendant is 10 inches tall and 15 inches wide.

The pendant operates on a 120-volt system but can be modified for 277-volt systems in commercial environments by special order from the factory.

The Elliptic LED Pendant is backed by a five-year product warranty.
